The Apartment was beautiful Through Google Maps we reached the exact location mentioned in our email, but even after arriving it was still very difficult to find the CBD Centre Gem Modern Apartment because it was located inside a small lane/gali. We were literally standing at the location but still unable to find the apartment. It was raining heavily, my baby was crying for milk, and as a breastfeeding mother there was nowhere comfortable for me to feed my baby. Although the email mentioned step-by-step instructions for collecting the keys, it did not clearly explain where exactly to get them from or who would provide them. The keys had to be collected from Skittle Lane. When I reached there, everything was closed and I had no idea who to contact or where to ask for the keys. Luckily, after checking the email again, I found a phone number. I called, but it was very difficult to understand the instructions given over the phone. It took another 10 minutes to finally locate the keys. They were locked inside a lockbox hanging on a window, which honestly felt very strange and unprofessional. Meanwhile, my husband spoke with a local resident who mentioned that the apartment building was not meant for short stays, which made us even more confused. When we finally entered the lift, there was also a notice saying the apartments were not for short stays or Airbnb. The apartment itself was beautiful and clean, and I truly appreciate that part. However, the entire check-in experience was extremely stressful, especially while travelling with a baby. Personally, I would not choose this apartment again and would recommend booking accommodation with a proper reception and easier check-in process.

Very luxurious nice accommodation, open spacious and welcoming. Could do with a few extra visible lights and signs to locate which elevators to use! Colour coded key tags matching elevators maybe?

The location is amazing. Close to everything in Newtown and Enmore. If you are looking for a place to stay for a few nights while seeing a concert or enjoying the Newtown night life, then this is your place. It can be a little noisy at times due to the location but that is it.

The view was magnificent and the location was perfect We had 5 people staying in the apartment and there was only 4 dining chairs at the table and a table and chairs on the balcony

Plenty of space in the apartment with all the facilities we wanted. Location was great - close to lots of restaurants at Darling Harbour and a short walk to the ferry at Bangaroo. A bonus was the view from the lounge and bedroom - part of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and river. Nothing.

The house was great location wise. 25 minutes to Bondi, 12 to city. Easy to get on the roads. Well equipped kitchen. Every room had it's own bathroom. Lovely garden with tree's. Just be mindful to reverse in for an easier departure.

Rooms and facilities Everything is good for family. Like free parking, all amenities in the room . Proper guidance from the owner. Before check in make sure you must call the host and have complete idea about room key and parking

Great 2-bedroom place, perfect for 3-4 people. Spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Excellent location with everything nearby — had a wonderful stay! The only negative comment I have for this property would be when unlocking the door to come into the building, we had a little bit of trouble when unlocking it. But apart from that this accommodation is fantastic.

Loved the location and the unit itself. It was great and central to everything we needed. Instructions on collecting the key were confusing. I used the address provided and the gps took me in a different area entirely but not close enough to park to walk and I definitely didn’t want to take 3 sleeping kids out of the car to go on a scavenger hunt. I ended up googling Cathouse Co and it was so much easier to locate.

The owners provided so much information. Even though it was a bit tricky to find, the info we had was just perfect. The property was so ideal location wise - the double car park was a relief for my large SUV. The apartment was clean and tidy, the beds were super comfy. We couldn’t fault it. Definitely will come back again.
