The Apartment was beautiful Through Google Maps we reached the exact location mentioned in our email, but even after arriving it was still very difficult to find the CBD Centre Gem Modern Apartment because it was located inside a small lane/gali. We were literally standing at the location but still unable to find the apartment. It was raining heavily, my baby was crying for milk, and as a breastfeeding mother there was nowhere comfortable for me to feed my baby. Although the email mentioned step-by-step instructions for collecting the keys, it did not clearly explain where exactly to get them from or who would provide them. The keys had to be collected from Skittle Lane. When I reached there, everything was closed and I had no idea who to contact or where to ask for the keys. Luckily, after checking the email again, I found a phone number. I called, but it was very difficult to understand the instructions given over the phone. It took another 10 minutes to finally locate the keys. They were locked inside a lockbox hanging on a window, which honestly felt very strange and unprofessional. Meanwhile, my husband spoke with a local resident who mentioned that the apartment building was not meant for short stays, which made us even more confused. When we finally entered the lift, there was also a notice saying the apartments were not for short stays or Airbnb. The apartment itself was beautiful and clean, and I truly appreciate that part. However, the entire check-in experience was extremely stressful, especially while travelling with a baby. Personally, I would not choose this apartment again and would recommend booking accommodation with a proper reception and easier check-in process.

We had an excellent stay at this Airbnb. The property was quiet, stylish, comfortable feels like home and exactly like the photos. The host was responsive and made check-in very easy and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at Evan’s apartment. The apartment was clean & had all the necessary essentials in good supply. Best feature of this apartment is it’s location. It’s right in the heart of the CBD district. Practically everything you need is within a short distance. We love our stay & highly recommend this place.
